Our Plan:

JOB’s Mentor Houses are a place for transformation and recovery.  They provide individuals with the unique opportunity to be a contributing member of a "family home" environment.  These houses are intended to provide the individual with a successful transition to independent living. And when an individual needs the opportunity for work, and is unemployable because of their past, JOB will have a “Labor Program” that meets those needs. By providing a source of income to meet their obligations and needs, JOB will provide the necessary work to help transition to long term employment.
